Schye + Co Bridal Giveaway — Official Terms and Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
This Giveaway is sponsored by Schye + Co (“Sponsor”), located at:

2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who:
* Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
* Are actively planning a wedding
* Complete all required entry steps during the Entry Period
Employees, independent contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor and participating vendors are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway begins on February 23rd, 2026 at 10 AM MST and ends on March 4th, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).
4. How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must:
1. Follow @SchyeCo and all tagged vendors on the official Giveaway post
2. Like the official Giveaway post
3. Tag three (3) friends in the comments
4. Schedule a bridal consultation with Schye + Co via the link in the Sponsor’s Instagram bio on or before March 4th, 2026
Each additional set of three (3) tagged friends counts as one (1) bonus entry.
Consultation must be scheduled by March 4, 2026. Appointment date may occur after that date.
Limit: Unlimited entries via tagging; consultation booking required for eligibility.
Automated entries, bots, or fraudulent methods will result in disqualification.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a wedding services prize package valued at over $5,000 (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” exceeds $5,000).
The prize consists of service-based offerings provided by participating vendors.
Prize conditions:
* Non-transferable
* No cash redemption
* Services subject to vendor availability
* Blackout dates may apply
* Travel fees or additional upgrades not included unless specified
* Must be redeemed within timeframes specified by each vendor
If prize value exceeds $600, winner will be required to complete IRS Form W-9. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [Announcement Date].
Winner will be notified via direct message from @SchyeCo.
Winner must respond within 48 hours. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor and participating vendors permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and wedding-related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating vendors, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to:
* Disqualify any entrant violating these Terms
* Cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity
* Substitute any prize component with one of equal or greater value
Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Giveaway.
